REGENERATIVE MEDICINE UNLOCKING PATIENT ACCESS AND COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL (PB 2023) Paperback

This review provides a thorough examination of the challenges surrounding patient access to regenerative medicines (RMs), covering aspects such as clinical trials, marketing authorization, health technology assessment (HTA), pricing, reimbursement, affordability, payment structures, partnership agreements, and commercialization. The impact of COVID-19 on the RM industry is also explored, detailing both the disruptions it caused and the new opportunities it created. The primary aim of this work is to offer strategic recommendations for manufacturers and decision-makers on how to overcome these obstacles and improve patient access to promising regenerative therapies.
